Okay, the whole tomato thing is a pain now. I am so tired of hearing about it and now that the FDA has probably made a huge mistake(The problem came from Salsa and not raw tomoatoes) Everyone knows you buy local and eat local-we are so very lucky to have Seaside Farms just down the road. I grew up on a farm and I never bought store tomatoes. We just didn't eat them when they weren't in season or they were not local.
Here are some of the pictures of the tomatoes we got this year and they were fabulous!
This big boy weighed a pound. It was great on my sandwich!
