I know it has been awhile since my last post. We have had so many things going on in our busy, busy lives. Hopefully, our household will be on the upswing and feeling better-
Today for some reason I have just been content and happy. I know that this is God working in my life. The sun is out, the weather is warm and I am at peace. I have a wonderful husband whom I love dearly and two of the most precious children in the world. These are truly God's gifts to me. I just wanted to share that today- I am happy and loving my Lord!

Grace finally got her first real Hair Cut! I had been waiting because I didn't want to lose her curls. David was sick so Mrs. Cathy got to cut her hair. She took about 2 inches off. Grace was such a big girl and she fell in love with the salon. I guess this is the first of many trips to the salon.
My new Favorite Cold Medicine is Alka-Seltzer Plus Cold. It is the absolute best thing I have ever taken for a cold. I have had this head cold for 2 days now. I started on this and boy do I feel better. Not to mention, the orange zest flavor isn't bad to drink. Add ice cubes and water and it is almost like an orange soda (Fanta?) Well maybe not quite but not bad. Anyway, I hate cold medicines and this stuff is the bomb all the way around!
Okay, I am absolutely in love with Y&R and I cannot tell you how excited I am that Nick and Sharon are getting back together. It just makes my heart happy to see true love always prevail. I get so wrapped up in this soap and can't wait until Friday nights to catch up on all my episodes from the week. You just got to love TIVO! I would love to know if you are into Y&R too?
